Carrots. Carrots contain bursts of vitamin A and while being a natural source means that it would not cause the serious side effects artificial vitamin A might otherwise. Vitamin A has long been confirmed to have a direct positive impact on acne. I have personally tried eating carrots to treat my acne, and I can confidently say that carrots work!
Never wash you face more than two times a day. Over washing encourages acne by over drying the skin, creating dead skin cells that clog pores. Also, over drying will encourage my skin oil to be released to compensate for the dry areas.
There are acne skin care products that are more specialized in there approach and are formulated to reduce and limit the amount of oil in the pores of our skin. They work by lowering or eliminating the oil that gets into your pores and assists in harmful bacteria growth which can lead to acne skin conditions.
